1 pound sausage, highly seasoned
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. mango chutney, finely chopped
4 oz. Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Roll sausage into bite size balls. Cook in skillet. Drain grease. Place sausage balls in chafing dish. In same skillet, put chutney, Sherry, and sour cream. Cook gently for a few minutes. Pour mixture over sausage balls. (If doubling recipe, use 9-oz. chutney and 9 oz. Sherry). May cook sausage early in day and refrigerate. When ready to serve, heat sausage balls in foil in oven while cooking sausage mixture.
