3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese fine and mix in Bisquick and sausage. Mix until the consistency you desire is achieved. Roll into balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Turn. Bake at 275º until done. Can be frozen. If freezing, do not cook the entire time. When thawed, cook for short period before using.
