4 lbs. whole hog sausage
2 bags chopped almonds
2 cans water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Have sausage at room temperature. Mix with water chestnuts and almonds. Shape into balls about the size of walnuts. Freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen, may put in bag until ready to use. When ready to use, place on broiler pan close together. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Keep warm.
