8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar, grated
3 large cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. warm stale beer
walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and shape into ball. Place in lightly oiled, small ball. Refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil if not using immediately. Will keep for weeks in refrigerator (if not using cheese without preservatives such as bought in health food stores) and freezes well. Serve with assorted crackers.
