½ lb. sharp cheese
½ lb.cheddar cheese
2 small packages cream cheese
1-tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1-tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, optional
pecans, chopped fine
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese fine and mix with other ingredients. Shape into two balls or 2 long logs. Ball can be rolled into finely chopped pecans and sprinkled with paprika. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
