2 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1.8 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. season salt
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
½ cup pecans, chopped fine
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, and salt. Add ½ of pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into 2 balls. Roll in remaining pecans.
