1/2 c Butter,
1 c Boiling Water,
1/2 tsp Salt,
4 Eggs

Filling -
8 oz Crab or Shrimp,
1/3 c Mayonnaise,
1-2 tbsp Curry Powder (to taste),
2 tbsp Chopped Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. In medium saucepan heat butter with boiling water until butter is melt. Tun heat to low, ad flour and salt, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat and add eggs oneat a time, beating well with a spoon after each addition. Drop by sponnfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake until golden. Cool and cut in half.

Mix all filling ingredients together and fill puffs. Can be made ahead of time and heated slightly before serving or served cold.
