24 oz of lean, ground turkey
1/4 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 tbsp ground oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 small raw onion, or 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
3 cloves of garlic or 1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Fill tablespoon with meat mixture, and then form into uniform balls. Add a small amount of olive oil in medium skillet, and cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until brown.

These meatballs are easy and very versatile. Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce, BBQ sauce, or serve with gravy over rice.
