2 Medium Granny Smith Apples
1 Pint Strawberries, diced
1 Small Orange
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
2 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Apple jelly or Apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel, core and slice apple slices, coarsely chop apples. Dice strawberries and kiwi and place fruit in a small bowl.

2. Zest orange and juice it. Add orange zest, juice, brown sugar and jelly to fruit mixture, mix gently and refrigerate until ready to serve
