1 (18-oz.) angel food cake
6 large butterfinger candy bars, chilled
2 (1/2 pint) cartons whipping cream
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Break angel food cake into small pieces and place half of it into a 9-x13-inch casserole. Crush cold butterfingers in food processor or blender and set aside. Whip cream until stiff. In a separate bowl, blend margarine, eggs, and vanilla until smooth, then add powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. Spoon half of this over the cake layer and sprinkle one half of the butterfingers over this. Repeat the three layers. Refrigerate overnight and cut into squares when serving.

I usually buy one of the round angel food cakes at the bakery plus a rectangular one. Sometimes the round ones do not quite have enough cake. This is one of T-Mar's favorites!
