1 pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/2 C water
1/2 C oil
1 egg
1 C chocolate chips

Filling:
1 C butter softened
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C all purpose flour

Glaze:
2 C chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease bottom only of 9x13 pan.

In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely.

Filling:
In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Add flour; mix well. Spread over cool brownies.

Glaze:
In small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and tablespoon butter on medium for 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is just melted: stir until smooth. Carefully spoon glaze over filling; spread to cover. Sprinkle with nuts, pressing down slightly. Cut in bars. Store in refrigerator.
