1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of Chicken soup
1 can of water
1 small onion chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. long grained rice
1/4 c. soy sauce ( or more)


Chow mien noodles.
Could add a can of sliced chestnuts or mushrooms

Brown the hamburger with the celery and onion. Drain. Put into a large casserole. Add the remaining ingredients. Put a lid on. Bake 325 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with chow mien noodles and put in oven for 1/2 hour with the lid off.
