4-6 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. of cinnamon red hots
2 eggs
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Put rhubarb in a pan and cover with hot water. Bring to a boil and immediately drain off water. Add sugar , cornstarch, cinnamon, red hots and then the beaten eggs. Make or buy pie crust and put into pie crust pan. Pour rhubarb mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Crimp crust edges. Bake 350º for 1 hr.
