Use 9x13 in pan; spray with Pam
Preheat oven to 350°

Layer in dish in following order:
2 can French Style green beans, drained
2 can White Shoepeg corn, drained
1 can sliced Water Chestnuts, drained

Mix together the following & spread over the above:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion minced or diced small
1 c sour cream
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Crush 1 tube Ritz crackers and mix with ½ stick melted oleo. Spread over above layers. Top with Slivered Almonds. Baker 40 to 50 minutes.
