10 lbs. ground beef
12 onions (fine chopped)
8 tablespoons salt
8 teaspoons paprika
14 tablespoons chili powder
4 teaspoons black pepper
1 cup cooked rice
3 large 32 oz. cans on tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef (drain drippings); add onions and tomato juice.
(cook rice in 3 pints of water). When cooked, add rice and remaining seasonings to beef mixture and
simmer for 1- 1/2 hours.
