2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, mix water, oil, vanilla, powdered milk, and eggs. Stir vigorously until milk is dissolved. Sprinkle yeast on liquid mix, add sugar, salt, and flour. Mix with dough hook 10-15 minutes- will be sticky. Let rise until double in size. Roll out into rectangle shape, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up rectangle and cut into 1" slices. Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.©
