30 small scallops
15 slices bacon cut in half
2 oz Jack Daniels
2 oz Real Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Wash scallops and pat dry. Fry bacon slightly. Wrap each scallop with 1/2 slice bacon. Secure with a tooth pick.
Place them on cookie sheet under the hot broiler for 4 to 5 min each side. Place Syrup and Jack Daniels in fry pan heat to med to high saute scallops until well coated and start to caramelize. Serve hot
