11/8c All purpose flour
3/4c Milk
3/4c Water
3 Eggs
Oil for Muffin Tin

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a muffin tin, oil the sides and fill the bottom of the tin with approximate 1/8 inch oil.
Heat oil for 10 minutes, the hotter the better.
In a bowl add flour, mix in eggs and milk, blend well
Add water and mix well.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees
Remove muffin tin and pour mixture into tins, about 3/4 full.
Put into oven for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy!
