1 pkg. lemon jello
3 c. sugar
1 qt. pineapple juice
1/2 c. real lemon juice
1 oz. almond flavoring

Directions:
Heat 2 c. water to soft boil. Add jello and stir until dissolved Remove from heat and set aside. In a large pan bring another 2 c. of water to a soft boil adding sugar. Remove from heat and add pineapple juice, lemon juice and almond flavoring. Stir well. Finally add the Jello mixture and stir well. Pour into quart Ziploc bag and freeze. Top serve thaw slightly and add 1 qt. ginger ale or 7-up. Stir until mushy.

This mixture is very sticky..Wipe up any spill immediately. If it dries its like super glue.
