1 cup of uncooked grits (not instant)
¾ pounds sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 pound processed cheese product such as Velveeta
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
1 clove diced garlic
a dash of Tabasco
salt to taste
1/4 lb. of margarine
4 eggs
1 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the grits according to the package directions. Melt cheeses with the butter and garlic. Stir in the grits. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and the milk. Stir eggs into the grits. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 300°F degrees for 40 minutes.
