3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Butter-flavored Crisco shortening
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. COLD water
1 Tbsp. vinegar (or lemon juice)

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe makes 1 double crust and 1 single crust. Cut shortening into four and salt. Beat the egg and add egg, cold water and vinegar to flour mixture. Blend together and let sit in the fridge at least 30 minutes but overnight is preferable to make it easier to handle.
