1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1 heaping cup pecan halves
Chocolate chips (optional)
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except crust and nuts and mix well. Can sprinkle chocolate chips on bottom of pie crust before adding filling. Pour filling in crust and sprinkle with pecan halves. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until center is set. To test, insert toothpick in center, needs to come out clean. Serve topped with whipped cream.
