1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. rice
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. chopped onion or minced dried
1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, rice, salt, pepper, onion, and milk together. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Place in baking dish and cover with hot soup and water mixture. Bake at 350º, covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
