1 large (46 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 (23 oz.) can water
1/2 (23 oz.) can tomato juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 tsp. savory
2/3 tsp. sweet basil
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. chopped onions
1/16 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper
3/4 to 1 c. uncooked "Roni Mac"
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and simmer the tomato sou, juice, water and seasonings. In a skillet, brown together the ground beef, onions, garlic powder, green pepper, salt and pepper. Drain off the fat and add meat mixture to tomato mixture. Simmer together about 15 to 20 minutes. Before serving, cook "Roni Mac" (large elbow macaroni) in salt water, rinse and add to soup or just add to soup and simmer until macaroni is tender. Serve soup topped with grated cheddar cheese.
