1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 Tblsp yeast
2 cups flour
1 Tblsp oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, yeast in a bowl till yeast softens (2-3min).

Add 1 cup flour; stir vigorously. Then beat mixture until smooth and add oil and salt. Add another cup flour to dough. Pour thick batter onto floured board and add more flour slowly while kneading the dough. Keep coating of flour on dough to prevent sticking. Knead for about 5 minutes until dough is smooth, elastic and satiny. It should bounce back if poked.

Put dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a clean towel. Place in a warm spot. Let rise for about 45 minutes. Then punch it down and work it into a smooth ball.

Divide the dough into portions and shape. Place on greased cooking sheet into a 400 degree oven till light brown. Cool on cooling rack.
