1 c. cooked, diced ham
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cold water
1 c. diced raw potato
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk, scalded
1 can Niblets corn

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ham and onion in butter. Add water and potatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Blend flour, salt, and pepper with 1/4 cup of the hot milk and add to meat mixture. Add remaining milk and corn. Heat 10 minutes to thicken. Do not boil.
