9 cups Corn Chex cereal
1 bag (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Measure cereal into large bowl. Microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and margarine in 1 quart microwavable bowl, uncovered on High for about 1 minute or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Pour over cereal in bowl, stir to coat. Pour into 2-gallon plastic food storage bag; add powdered sugar. Seal; shake to coat. Store in airtight container in refrigerator, Makes 9 cups.
