2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lemon, squeeze juice
1 orange, juice and grate peel
Dash salt
Pint of whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and rind, and salt in saucepan and cook slowly until thickened. Remove from burner and let cool completely. Prepare whipping cream and gently fold together with the cooled orange sauce. (May add sugar to cream before adding orange mixture.) Serve over angel food cake.
