1/2 cup oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (mashed)
1 tbsp. fresh ginger root (I just throw in ground ginger)
2 tbsp. sherry (I have never had this in the house)

Mix all ingredients together.
