1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings
1 red bell pepper, seeded and julienned
1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
½ t. salt
¼ t. black pepper
1 12-in. pizza crust
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. In a large skillet over medium heat brown beef until no longer pink, drain. Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms and sauté until soft (about 5 min). Season with salt and black pepper and remove from heat. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and top with meat and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake ~10 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
