Basil-Garlic Shrimp Recipe

1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
4 T. Butter or Margarine
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 c. white wine
Fresh Basil
Angel hair pasta cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and shrimp in 2 T. butter until just done. Add wine and wait 30 seconds then remove the shrimp. Let wine reduce to about half and add last 2 T butter to finish sauce. Return shrimp and add basil. Set immediately over pasta.

You can add scallops or replace the shrimp with scallops, just saute them with the shrimp. This is great for company and it works well if you are in a hurry to get something on the table.
