1 lb pork cut into small chunks 3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c flour 3Tbsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
2 green peppers
2 chicken cubes
1 c hot water
1 tin pineapple chunks & juice
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
4 stalks celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs flour salt & pepper in small bowl. Dip pork into the batter and fry slowly in the hot oil. Add green pepper and celery. Dissolve chicken cubes in hot water. Add 1/4 c of the chicken broth and the pineapple and juice. Cover and simmer for15 min.Make a sauce with cornstarch, sugar, soya sauce, remaining chicken broth & the vinegar. Cook over med heat until the sauce is clear. Pour over the meat. Simmer for 30 min.
Serve over rice.
