1 stick butter or margarine
½ cup broth
½ to 1 cup flour
2 – 3 qts of broth.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 stick butter or margarine or ½ cup broth in large pan. Add ½ to 1 cup flour, stir until flour is absorbed. Stir in about 2 – 3 qts of broth. (I use broth from which turkey was baked). Cook and stir until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook neck and gizzards until tender. Chop fine and add to gravy to make giblet gravy.
