1 34 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1 small onion, quartered
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine all ingredients; toss to coat, place on baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425º for 25-30 minutes or till potatoes are tender and browned.
