3 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp pepper
1/2 Tbsp season all seasoning salt
1 Tsp chicken seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat fry to 365 degrees F.

Cut each potato length wise into eight equal
wedges; set aside. Mix Milk and egg and mix completely set aside. Stir together flour, salt pepper seasoning salt, & chicken salt. Dip each potato wedge into milk mixture. Then put in flour mixture coat well then put in fryer for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
