2 pounds ground meat
1 1/2 T liquid smoke
2 T Morton's Tender Quick
Pinch of salt (1/8 t)
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t seasoned pepper
1/4 t mustard seed
1/2 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 4 rolls - roll each in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Leave wrapped and place on oven rack in pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Poke holes in bottom of foil wrapped rolls with a fork to allow grease to run out of foil. Store in refrigerator. Slice and serve as needed.
