1 c chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers
2 c cranberry juice
7 c sugar
1 c vinegar
2 pouches (3oz each) liquid fruit pectin
10 drops of red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberry juice and peppers in a blender, cover and process until peppers are fully chopped.
Strain through a double thickness cheesecloth.
Pour strained juice into a large kettle.
Add Sugar. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly.
Stir in vinegar and pectin, return to a full rolling boil.
Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Skim foam. Add food coloring. Pour into jars. Seal jars.
Process for 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
