2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
2 pkgs. of dried beef (2.5 oz), rinsed and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 chopped yellow pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese & whipping cream, mix til well blended. Blend in sour cream; stir in onion, peppers, beef & garlic. Pour into shallow baking dish. Saute nuts in butter, then sprinkle over beef mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers or chunks of rye or pumpernickel.
