1 pt. blueberries, fresh or frozen*
1 - 9 in. unbaked pie crust
1 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put blueberries in unbaked crust.
Mix next 5 ingredients.
Pour over berries.
Bake 45-50 minutes @ 400º

*Any other fresh fruit may be used.
