Water
Freezer bags
Directions:
Directions:
Bring pan of water to a boil.
Put beans into the boiling water and bring to a boil again.
Boil for 3 mins.
Cool with cold water
Place in freezer bags, seal and freeze.

Works best with vacuum sealer
