1 large can evaporated milk
4 c. water
1/2 c. crisco
3 eggs (well beaten)
2 tsp. salt
3 c. white flour
3 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. water)

Add evaporated milk to 4 c. boiling water.
Take off heat and add crisco, sugar, eggs and salt.
While still warm, add 3 c. white flour.
Then add yeast.
Mix all together.
Then add 6 to 7 cups flour and knead.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Knead it down.
Then form into rolls and rise again.
Then bake at 360 for 15 to 20 mins.
