1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls and roll in additional sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and press chocolate candy kiss in center of each cookie.
