2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small clove garlic
2 lbs. ground beef
8 thin slices boiled ham
6 oz. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
3 slices mozzarella cheese halved diagonally

Combine eggs, crumbs, tomato juice, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in ground beef, mixing well. Pat meat mixture onto a 12" x 10" piece of foil. Arrange ham slices, leaving small margin around edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham. Roll meat using foil to lift. Seal edges. Pinch. Place seam side down in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Last 5 minutes place cheese slices over top.
