1 c. cold milk
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Put the cold milk in a sauce pan. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Add butter. Heat on a medium heat stirring constantly. Let come to boil for 1 minute. Makes one cup.

Wondra I think is a brand of flour. Mom was known to browse through magazines picking out recipes. The ones she liked sometimes made it on paper.
