1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sour cream

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt

Directions:
Mix ingredients. Chill 4 to 5 hours. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with icing recipe.
