2 eggs
2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c melted butter
1 1/3 c raisins ( place raisins in small bowl and cover with hot tap water let sit for 30 min) Drain and use raisins in recipe.

Directions:

Beat eggs, stir in remaining ingred. Fill uncooked tart shells.
Bake at 400º for 20 min. Let the tarts cool in pans for 10 min. Then remove from pans and place on racks until completely cool.
