1 cube yeast
1 1/2 c. luke warm water
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tsp salt
Dried rosemary
oil and salt as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and yeast to luke warm water and stir to dissolve yeast. Add flour, salt, and onions. Knead until smooth. Place dough into oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down, flatten out dough on an oiled cookie sheet to about an inch thick. Oil top of dough. Let rise until doubled in size. Sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot
