4 flour tortillas (10 in)
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese with jalapeņo peppers
8 slices smoked turkey
2 Tabs butter, divided
1 c. sour cream
1 Tabs chili powder
juice of 1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Top each tortilla with 1/4 cheese and 2 turkey slices and fold in half

Heat 12" nonstick saute pan on med heat, add and 1 1/2 Tabs of butter, heat until melted. Add 1 quesadilla, cook 3 min or until bottom is golden brown. Turn over; cook additional 3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from skillet. Cook remaining same way
Mix sour cream, chili powder and lime juice until well blended. Serve together
