4 c. water,
2 tsp. chicken bullion,
1 small onion,
1/2 C. butter,
2 C. milk,
6 Tbsp. flour,
1 lb velveeta,
1 bag (16oz) frozen broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and bullion to a boil. Add broccoli, cook 2-3 minutes. Drain, reserve 1 C. of liquid. Saute onions. Mix flour into butter, add milk. Stir until thick. Add broccoli and reserved water. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
