1 fryer cut up or a mixture of breast and legs
1/2 c flour
1/4 c milk
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken in cold water and blot dry. Season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. To the 1/4 c milk add a couple tablespoons of flour and the beaten egg. Stir with a wire whisk. Coat chicken in dry seasoned flour, then dip in milk mixture and back into flour mixture. Heat about 2" vegetable oil or Crisco in an electric skillet to about 400º-425º. Add chicken pieces and cook for about 45 minutes to one hour. As chicken browns, sprinkle it with more garlic powder and paprika.
